“ Lil Joe’s is Huge on Friendliness, Flavor & Value! Brisket has perfect char and very moist; big ribs, also great char, basically fall off the bone; sausage (pork?) great seasoning; beans looked too thin but surprised me with their flavor; coleslaw crispy and fresh...even the tea actually tasted like tea, not dark water. And the folks are wonderful! Have enjoyed Q all over Texas but few can match Lil Joe’s on price, flavor, or quality! They’re doing it right. Pick you up a bouquet of BBQ in Rosebud ! ”
